Lele’s Roman
트라스테베레(Trastevere)의 활기 넘치는 분위기에서 영감을 받은 Lele’s Roman은 로마 요리를 새로운 감각으로 재해석해 Boerum Hill의 중심에 선보입니다. 프란체스코 바티스티(Francesco Battisti) 셰프가 이끄는 메뉴는 전통의 근간을 지키며, 많은 사랑을 받는 아침 메뉴 마리토찌(maritozzi)부터 Amatriciana, Cacio e Pepe, Puntarelle, Carciofi 등 로마의 정통 클래식 요리를 하루 종일 즐길 수 있도록 구성했습니다. 여기에 함께 나누기 좋은 핀사(pinsa) 셀렉션도 더했습니다. 음료 프로그램은 이탈리아의 클래식을 기념하며, 풍부한 아마로(amaro) 셀렉션과 LDV의 알레시오 데 센시(Alessio de Sensi)가 엄선한 라치오(Laziale) 및 이탈리아 각 지역 와인 리스트를 선보입니다. Studio Tre의 휘틀리 에스테반(Whitley Esteban)과 에르네스토 글로리아(Ernesto Gloria)가 디자인한 공간은 건물 특유의 브루탈리즘 감성과 70년대 이탈리아 펑크 무드를 조화롭게 담아내, LDV의 이름이자 ‘라 돌체 비타(La dolce vita)’의 도시인 로마에 바치는 우리의 러브레터가 펼쳐지는 무대를 완성합니다.
